Although there was a bit of a delay in actually getting the storage, the staff was very friendly and I could not have had a better deal anywhere else. It's real and not too good to be true in my experience.
The place looked secured, clean and accessible. I'll definitely won't hesitate to rent again with them.

Service was great since day 1. The two fully bilingual men were very friendly and professional, except the lady as she couldn’t continue my inquiry due to a language barrier.

Left my number for a call back on a particular locker size and they returned my call within the hour. The woman who helped me get set up over the phone stayed after hours to finish working with me, which I appreciate. Eventually she had to transfer me to finalize the contract, but since they were closed, they had to call back again the next day.
Unfortunately I did not receive a call the next day. Came in person and worked with Timothy, he said we were on the list of call backs for today. He was great, answered our questions about the agreement and got us set up right away.
Space was clean, secure, and there's a dolly waiting at the door. Made sure to return it to the door on our way out!
